Seonam University was founded in 1991 and is a private university located in the city of Namwon in the North Jeolla province of South Korea. The university was established based on the educational spirit of South Korea, and aims to nurture and produce talented people in the fields of medical science, local development, the arts and the physical sciences. Seonam University is made up of two campuses; the Namwon campus and the Asan campus. The university offers a number of scholarships. Facilities for students include a library, exhibition hall, gymnasium, sports courts and fields, and a multimedia room.
