The National University of Science and Technology (NUST) is a public university in Zimbabwe. It was established in 1991 and has since become one of the leading universities in the country. NUST is located in the city of Bulawayo, which is the second largest city in Zimbabwe. The university has a student population of over 8,000. NUST has six faculties: Applied Sciences, Business Studies, Engineering, Medicine, Social Sciences, and Mining. The university is also home to a number of research centers and institutes. The National University of Science and Technology is a world–class institution that is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service. The university is dedicated to producing graduates who are well–rounded, knowledgeable, and skilled in their chosen fields. The National University of Science and Technology is an important contributor to the economic and social development of Zimbabwe.
