Melbourne Business School is part of the University of Melbourne, the second highest-ranked university in Australia in the QS World University Rankings 2018. Located in the city’s suburb of Carlton, campus is a short distance away from Melbourne’s Central Business District, something which encourages close ties between the school’s students and Melbourne’s business hub. The school is home to two research centers: the Asia Pacific Social Impact Center and the Center for Business Analytics. The former aims to develop and improve the business knowledge of indigenous Australians and offers a business master’s program for indigenous businessmen, while the latter is focused on meeting the increasing demand for analytics research in business.
