Masdar Institute of Science and Technology is a private, not-for-profit, independent, research-driven institute focused on renewable energy and sustainable technology. Developed and run in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) since 2007, the Institute offers master’s degree programs in various science and engineering disciplines along with an interdisciplinary PhD program, with a focus on advanced energy and sustainability.
All graduate programs on offer are accredited by the Commission of Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Masdar Institute welcomes applications from qualified local and international students and provides full financial support to admitted students of all nationalities, who meet its high admission standards that match those of leading international universities.
