Altai State University (the city of Barnaul, the south of Western Siberia, Russia) is a federal state budget educational establishment of higher professional education. Altai State University, founded in 1973, became the pioneer of classical education in Altai Region. Today the University is:

– one of the biggest educational and scientific centers of Siberia, a participant of the QS University Rankings: BRICS and a participant of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization University (uni-sco.com);

– one of the most inviting universities in Siberia for international and out-of-town students (the opportunity of the free education for international students; 191 agreements with foreign universities; the percentage of the international students is 8% and this amount annually grows by 50%).
