Altai State University (the city of Barnaul, the south of Western Siberia, Russia) is a federal state budget educational establishment of higher professional education. Altai State University, founded in 1973, became the pioneer of classical education in Altai Region. Today the University is:

– one of the biggest educational and scientific centers of Siberia, a participant of the QS University Rankings: BRICS and a participant of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization University (;
